Folsom Zoo & Sanctuary

We went to the Folsom Zoo & Sanctuary this weekend. It is a small facility, but each animal had a name and a story about how they came to live there. Many were rescued from terrible situations and nursed back to health, but no longer able to live in the wild. It was really cool to be able to get so close to some of these amazing creatures! I promise Lydia had fun even though she was stone-faced for the pictures. :)
